#4566 Predictive value of high-risk histopathological- and molecular criteria for lymph node metastasis in appendiceal neuroendocrine tumours

Introduction: Appendiceal neuroendocrine tumours (aNET) are rare neoplasms for which consensus is needed for follow-up and additional treatment. To unravel the factors behind aNET which showed lymph node metastasis (LNM) in additional right hemicolectomy (RH), we evaluated high-risk histopathological parameters in aNETs and studied molecular parameters.

#4513 Predictive value of different PD-L1 immunohistochemistry clones for immunotherapy efficacy in neuroendocrine tumours: A case series

Introduction: In the ZS001 clinical trial, we observed that NET patients with higher PD-L1 expression levels were more likely to benefit preferentially from immunotherapy.

#4369 The predictive value of 68Ga-DOTANOC, 18F-DOPA, and 18F-FDG PET/CT in patients with paragangliomas

Introduction: Paragangliomas (PGLs) are rare neuroendocrine tumours with variable clinical outcomes. Early identification of prognostic markers is essential for effective disease management. PET/CT imaging with 68Ga-DOTANOC, 18F-DOPA, and 18F-FDG offers unique insights into tumour biology, respectively.

#4227 Evaluation of circulating extracellular vesicles as suitable prognostic markers in MEN1-associated non-functioning pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasia

Introduction: Non-functioning pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasias (NF-pNENs) significantly contribute to premature death of multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 (MEN1) patients. Reliable prognostic markers for disease progression are lacking. Circulating liquid biomarkers, including microRNAs and Long-non-Coding (LnC) RNAs in extracellular vesicles, are emerging as new prognostic tools.
