#4585 Short-term observation of liver transplantation combined with multidisciplinary integrated treatment of liver metastases from neuroendocrine tumours beyond the Milan criteria

Introduction: The continuous progress of comprehensive treatment enables neuroendocrine tumour liver metastasis (NENLM) that meets Milan criteria to achieve longer survival without liver transplantation (LT). LT often faces high tumour burden, while comprehensive treatment also brings new opportunities for recurrence.

Keywords: liver transplantation, neuroendocrine tumour liver metastasis, Milan Criteria, comprehensive treatment,

#4570 Diagnosis of carcinoid heart disease continues to be late delayed

Introduction: Carcinoid heart disease (CHD) is a serious complication of neuroendocrine tumours. It affects patients with carcinoid syndrome and results from fibrotic deposits on the heart valves. It significantly impacts patient prognosis.

#4543 Single-cell transcriptomic landscape indicates the potential role of immunotherapy in metastatic pancreatic angiosarcoma

Introduction: Pancreatic angiosarcoma is a rare and highly aggressive tumour originated from lymphatic or vascular endothelial cells, with poor prognosis and few effective treatments. However, little is known about its tumour microenvironment and the mechanisms of its progression.

#4521 [18F]FDG (FDG) PET/CT metrics as prognostic biomarkers in the AGITG NABNEC trial

Introduction: NABNEC was a prospective phase II trial investigating carboplatin/nab-paclitaxel in patients with advanced Grade 3 NENs (NCT02215447).

#4450 Management of grade I metastatic pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours: A case report and literature review

Introduction: Grade I neuroendocrine tumours (NETs) represent a distinct clinico-histological entity that requires a tailored management approach. The treatment of these tumours has evolved, but challenges remain, especially in regions with limited access to nuclear medicine imaging.
