#4063 Analysis of the NET G3 of lungs
Introduction: There are still a lot of questions regarding NET G3 subgroup and especially with lungs origin. Neuroendocrine neoplasms account for 20% of lung primary with only 2% for well-differentiated tumors.

Introduction: Adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) in adults is a rare tumor (incidence 0.7-2/1000000/year). Median overall survival is 3-4 years and five-year survival is 0-28% in metastatic disease. The only curative therapy is complete surgical resection, plus adjuvant therapy depending on poor prognostic factors (ENSAT stage III, R1 resection or Ki67>10%). Both recurrent oligometastatic disease and patients who respond to systemic treatment (ST), a radical approach with surgery or local therapy (LT) may be treatment options.

Introduction: Tumor growth and the ability to metastasize is a multistage process involving interactions between cancer cells and the vascular endothelium. These interactions have been reported to be mediated by various molecules including sVCAM-1. We have previously shown elevated serum concentration of sVCAM-1 in 82 neuroendocrine neoplasms (NEN) compared to controls. Here, we present results of the extension of the previous study.

#2092 Palliative Surgery in Advanced Small Intestinal Neuroendocrine Tumors
Introduction: Small intestinal neuroendocrine tumours (SI-NETs) are known to develop mesenteric metastasis and fibrosis. Since this can induce intestinal obstruction, edema and ischaemia, prophylactic palliative resection of the primary tumour and mesenteric mass is often recommended in case of advanced disease but the evidence is disputable.
