#4588 Spatial transcriptomics identifies Wnt signalling in multifocal ileal neuroendocrine tumours

Introduction: Ileal neuroendocrine tumours (i-NETs) often present with multiple primary tumours (>30-40%). Recent studies showed no shared somatic mutations in multiple primary tumours, highlighting the need to examine the tumour microenvironment in tumorigenesis. The Wnt signalling pathway is crucial for organ stem cell regulation. While the Wnt/β-catenin pathway influences prostate and pancreatic NET/Cs, its role in i-NETs remains unclear.

#3827 Prevalence of Clonal Hematopoiesis (CH) in neuroendocrine tumor (NET) patients prior to Lutetium 177 dotatate therapy (Lu177) and the risk of cytopenia – A prospective study of 37 patients

Introduction: Lu177 has shown efficacy in advanced NET but with significant hematologic toxicity, including therapy-related myeloid neoplasm (t-MN). CH is defined by acquisition of somatic mutations in hematopoietic stem cells with potential for expansion over time.

#3649 Influence of pathogenic somatic mutations on the survival rates of patients with neuroendocrine tumors of the gastrointestinal tract (NET GI)

Introduction: Genomic sequencing of 40 tumors samples from patients diagnosed with NET GI was performed. Further, according to the results obtained, the survival rates of patients were evaluated.

#3487 Circulating cell free tumor DNA as a biomarker in patients with neuroendocrine neoplasms

Introduction: There is a need to develop better biomarkers to monitor patients with neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs).

#3168 Endocrine neoplasias and non-endocrine neoplasias associated with primary aldosteronism

Introduction: Primary aldosteronism (PA) is the main cause of secondary arterial hypertension (AH) of endocrine origin (1). Clinical presentation may include resistance to treatment for AH, hypokalemia, with the autonomous secretion of aldosterone. Somatic mutations and epigenetic factors are the most frequent etiologies (2). Adrenal tumors may be a characteristic of MEN1 syndrome (3). Some case reports have associated endocrine neoplasms with PA; however, the real prevalence of this association is unknown (3).
