#4544 Spatial and temporal intratumour heterogeneity of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (PanNET)

Introduction: Data derived from the study of intertumour heterogeneity have led to propose that PanNET evolution may start either from beta cells with good prognosis, or from alpha cells with sequential alterations of MDA (MENIN-DAXX/ATRX) leading to more aggressive lesions.

#4079 Temporal increase in Ki-67 index in patients with pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PanNETs): Frequency, prognostic impact, and causal factors

Introduction: PanNETs show intra-tumor heterogeneity, notably regarding Ki-67 index which is a major prognostic biomarker. Temporal heterogeneity and its prognostic impact have been poorly explored so far.

Introduction: A patient education platform to help navigate medication coordination and symptom management leads to improved adherence and effective patient-HCP communication. Historically, cancer patients have lower rates of oral therapy adherence (~16%) versus patients receiving infusion therapy.
