#3612 Cystatin C may serve as a suitable blood-based biomarker to monitor renal functional decline in patients scheduled for peptide receptor radionuclide therapy

Introduction: Peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) for treating somatostatin receptor (SSTR)-positive tumors may be associated with nephrotoxicity.

#3432 Fibroblast Activation Protein (FAP)-directed molecular imaging segregates between subtypes of poorly differentiated neuroendocrine neoplasms

Introduction: Fibroblast activation protein (FAP) is overexpressed in highly aggressive gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (NEN).

#1596 Triple Tracer Imaging Approach for the Non-Invasive Assessment of Chemokine Receptor 4 Expression in Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors

Introduction: The theranostic twins [68Ga]Pentixafor and [177Lu]Pentixather for chemokine-directed endoradiotherapy (ERT) were recently developed.

#1588 Response Prediction for Vandetanib Treatment in Recurrent Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma using F18-FDG PET

Introduction: Given its neuroendocrine origin, the prognosis of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) remained poor in common chemotherapeutic approaches. However, the encouraging results of tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKI) such as vandetanib emphasize the high demand for selecting appropriate candidates.
