#4340 Predominant volumetric phenotype in dual PET and overall survival in NENs

Introduction: Dual 18F-FDG/68Ga-DOTATATE PET can predict NEN prognosis and guide treatment choice. However, research to date (such as the NEPTET score) has focused on the dual PET phenotype of single-point lesions rather than of the total disease volume.

#3681 18F-FDG PET/CT-avid discordant volume as a biomarker in patients with gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms – A multicentre study

Introduction: Dual 18F-FDG and 68Ga-DOTATATE PET/CT is emerging as a powerful technique to predict tumor biology. Whilst the presence of discordant disease (FDG avid/DOTA non-avid) predicts poor prognosis, it remains unknown whether the volume of discordant disease is also a significant predictor.

#3378 Clinical impact of 68 GA DOTANOC PET CT and 18 F FDG PET CT in clinical management of WHO Grade 2 neuroendocrine tumors

Introduction: WHO well differentiated grade 2 NET is large subgroup with extensive tumor heterogeneity. Both FDG and DOTA PET CT are influential in the management of NET. We determine the clinical impact of dual tracer imaging in grade 2 NET.

#3178 Dual 68Ga-DOTATATE and 18F-FDG PET/CT in patients with gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms: A multicentre, validation study of the NETPET score in 239 patients

Introduction: PET/CT using 68Ga-labelled somatostatin analogues and 18F-FDG have both been used to image neuroendocrine tumors. Our previously published data proposed the NETPET score to characterise findings on dual PET.
